Rules of the JGG Artillery
1} All members must be on at least 3 times a week. All Corps and Reserve commanders should be on more than that if possible. All Members who fail to appear online and do not email to keep in touch, will be put on the inactive roster for one week. Then you will have a week to apear, If you apear you will be put on probation for 2 weeks,were you will need to appear no less than twice a week.
2}There will be no arguing between officers. Rank is only a spot, you have no total command over anyone, but if you commanding officer calls for a meeting of the artillery or the corps,then you must attend if possible,if not then email your commander,if no email is sent the commander has right to take action(except expeling).
3}There will be an artillery meeting every sunday at 10pmEST(9pmCNT). All officers are encouraged to attend, those who do not will miss the opportunity to vote on actions and changes for the artillery. All officers who are unable to attend need to email me (jggpendleton@yahoo.com)(all changes can be vetoed at the meeting,if they get 3/4s votes)
4}All officers placed on the inactive list will stay there for 2 weeks. If an officers shows up after his 2 weeks is up and has not notified his commander of his absense then he will be demoted one rank. The last rank an officer can be demoted to is Lt.
5}All recruits must go through 2 weeks of VMI classes hosted by JGG-R.E.Lee. After you have finished your training I will be notified and take care of you promotion to a battalion commander.
6}Please Get along. This might not be a more official looking rule, but we have had many problems in the past and we need all members to get along. If you have any complaints please post them on JGG-E.P.Alexander's desk, or email them to me and it will be taken care of from there.

JGG Code of Conduct
Article 1) If found disrespecting JGG members or other MP player you will receive a warning. Second time removal of rank and third offense results in discharging the member.
Article 2) If a member cannot make Sundays meeting, he or she must notify their commander for an excused absence. If a member is absent from 4 meetings and has not informed there superior officer. He or she will be subject to a loss of rank.
Artical 3) During the JGG meetings there will be order, ! person speaks at a time. If you like to speak, you must first ask permission from the moderator of the meeting. The person speaking will be issued a bubble so all will know who is speaking.
Article 4) If JGG shall at one point be involved in a war, it shall be handled in honor. If a member is found not doing so he will be removed from the battle field and further actions may be taken.
Article 5) If there is a problem you must go through the chain of command. If a member wishes to speak to the Leader of the clan, permission will be granted at the discretion of the clan leader.
Article 6) TRANSFERS WILL NOW BE CLEARED BY BOTH EFFECTED CORPS COMMANDERS AND MUST HAVE FINAL APPROVAL BY JGG R.E.LEE. THAN ON THE SUNDAY PROCEEDING AGREEMENT, A FORMAL TRANSFER WILL BE ANNOUNCED TO PUBLIC. THE NEXT SUNDAY AFTER THE FORMAL TRANSFER, THAT MEMBER MAY CHANGE TO HIS NEW POST. (ALLOWS FOR ALL PARTIES TO ORGANIZE PAPERWORK AND RECORDS.
Article 7) ANY MEMBER TAKEN FROM JGG RECORDS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR RE ADMITTANCE INTO JGG. BY THE HIGH COMMAND ONLY. PRIOR RECORDS MAY DEEM MEMBER NOT VALID FOR RE ENTRY.
Article 8) ANY MEMBER THAT HAS LEFT OR QUITE JGG ON THERE OWN ACCORD, SHALL RETURN ON SAME GROUNDS IN WHICH THEY ENTERED. ANY MAN RECRUITED OR RE-RECRUITED WILL ENTER JGG SAME WAY AS A COLONEL EQUIVALENT IN RANK.
Article 9)Any member that was discharged from JGG for conduct reasons may have the chance for re-entry only after one year of his/her discharge. They will meet with Lee Longstreet and Hill for a re-entry Inquiry . If the leaders of JGG feel that the person is able to rejoin they will take rank as Col. If found unjust for re-entry then that person will not be aloud to rejoin JGG again

1} MUST USE THE GUN PORTRAIT FOR PROFILE
(DUE TO US WAR TIMES, JGG WILL USE AMERICAN FLAG UNTIL DEEMED OTHER)
2}ANY JGG MEMBER MUST ONLY BE INVOLVED WITH THIS ORGANIZATION. ANY OTHER NAME FOUND IN THE SID MEIERS GETTYSBURG LOBBY WILL BE CONSIDERED TREASON.
3}EVERY JGG MEMBER IS EXPECTED TO ADDRESS EACH MEMBER WITH HONOR. WHEN A MEMBER ENTERS OR LEAVES A ROOM, PLEASE SIGNAL APPROPRIATE SALUTE PENDING YOUR DEPARTMENT

4}ANY MEMBER IN JGG ARMS WILL NEVER SHOW ANY FELLOW MEMBER OR OTHER IN LOBBY DISRESPECT.
5}ALL PROBLEMS AND REQUEST ARE TO BE HANDLED BY THE CHAIN OF COMMAND.
I.E. YOUR IMMEDIATE COMMANDING OFFICER (CORPS COMMANDER). THEN TO ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, THEN TO JGG R.E.LEE
6}ANY JGG MEMBER IS SUBJECT TO BE REMOVED OR RANK OR DISCHARGED OUT OF POSITION DUE TO CONDUCT OR JOB PERFORMANCE.
6.A}A CORPS COMMANDER MAY REMOVE ANY MEMBER OF RANK IN HIS CORPS.
6.B}JGG HIGH COMMAND PLACES CORPS COMMANDERS WITH FINAL APPROVAL BY GENERAL LEE
6.C}JGG LEADER MAY BE VOTED OUT BY JGG HIGH COMMAND ONLY(7 CORPS COMMANDERS) VOTE NEEDS TO BE AT LEAST 3/4 MAJORITY TO RULE.
7}ALL MEMBERS ARE TO MAINTAIN CONTACT WITH FELLOW MEN AND COMMANDING OFFICERS ON A REGULAR BASIS.. ANY OFFICER NOT IN THAT CRITERIA WILL BE CONSIDERED A.W.O.L.
8}THERE IS NO RECRUITING WITHIN JGG. TRANSFERS ARE DISCOURAGED AND WILL BE HANDLED IN A COMMUNICATED FORM.
9}TRANSFERS WILL NOW BE CLEARED BY BOTH EFFECTED CORPS COMMANDERS FORMALLY.

10}ONCE A MEMBER IS DISHONORABLY DISCHARGED, HE OR SHE MAY NEVER RETURN BACK INTO CLAN.
11)ANY TACTICS SUCH AS FORWARD RETREATING AND ANY OTHER TACTICS THAT THE GETTYSBURG LOBBY AND JGG MEMBERS FEEL IS UNJUST WILL NOT BE PERMITTED BY JGG. ANYONE THAT THAT USES THESE UNJUST WILL RECEIVE A WARNING FOR THE FIRST AND SECOND TIME. THE THIRD TIME WILL BE A WEEK OF PROBATION OR A LOSS OF RANK
12)Forwarding to VP, or if found off of you VP and the enemy is advancing towards you can not "retreat back if at a distance from VP
